AUGUST 6, 1992 <br /> <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br /> AUGUST 4, 1992 COUNCIL MEETING CONTINUED <br /> <br />The City Council of the city of Louisville met in continuation of <br />the August 4, 1992 Regular Session Council meeting in the Council <br />Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Davidson <br />called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and the following persons <br />were present. <br /> <br />Council Members: <br /> <br />Margaret Hornbostel, Chuck Sisk, <br />Kevin Howard, Tom Mayer, Rob Lathrop <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />John Franklin, Dir. Community Dev. <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Councilman Larry Hedding (excused) <br />Maj-Lis Kemper, City Clerk (excused) <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION "...Conference with Attorney for purposes of <br />receiving legal advice on specific legal questions" 24-6-402-(4) (b) <br />C.R.S. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council go into Executive Session. <br /> <br />Susan Griffiths, City Attorney, stated that it was for the purpose <br />of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions relating to <br />growth and development issues in the City of Louisville. <br /> <br />Howard: <br /> <br />As stated. <br /> <br />Seconded by Mayer. <br />vote. <br /> <br />Roll call was taken. <br /> <br />Motion passed by a 6-0 <br /> <br />Davidson adjourned the Council into Executive Session. <br /> <br />Council returned from Executive Session. <br /> <br />No action was taken during the Executive Session, which was held <br />solely for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal <br />questions relating to growth and development issues in the City of <br />Louisville. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Sisk moved for Council to adjourn (9:30 p.m.). <br />Ail in favor. <br /> <br />Seconded by Mayer. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
