RESOLUTION NO. 15 <br />SERIES 2017 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE OPEN SPACE ADVISORY BOARD'S <br />RECOMMENDATION TO BOULDER COUNTY PARKS AND OPEN SPACE <br />REGARDING 2017 PROPERTY AND TRAIL REQUESTS <br />WHEREAS, Boulder County Parks and Open Space invited the City of Louisville <br />Open Space Advisory Board and the Louisville City Council to submit property and trail <br />requests for potential partnership opportunities. <br />WHEREAS, on February 8, 2017, the Open Space Advisory Board made <br />recommendations regarding the 2017 property and trail requests. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILE, COLORADO: <br />1. Approve the recommendations of the Open Space Advisory Board to Boulder <br />County Parks and Open Space regarding 2017 property and trail requests. <br />2. In forwarding these recommendations, City Council affirms its intent that open <br />space acquisitions are upon condition of a mutually acceptable purchase <br />agreement being reached between willing buyers and willing sellers, and City <br />Council does not intend any acquisition be made through eminent domain. <br />APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of March, 2017. <br />Robert P.
