ORDINANCE NO. 1735 <br />SERIES OF 2017 <br />AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE <br />ISSUANCE OF CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br />LIMITED TAX GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, SERIES <br />2017 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO - <br />Section 1 Definitions Terms used m this Ordinance shall have the meanings <br />specified m this Section for all purposes of this Ordmance and of any ordinance amendatory <br />hereof, supplemental hereto or relating hereto, and of any mstrument or document appertaining <br />hereto, except where the context by clear implication otherwise requires.
