City <br />u;x�e <br />NCE <br />City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />April 4, 2017 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 PM <br />CaII to Order — Mayor Muckle called the meeting to order at 7 00 p.m <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present <br />City Council: Mayor Robert Muckle <br />Mayor Pro Tem Jeff Lipton <br />Councilmember Jay Keany <br />Councilmember Chris Leh (arrived at 7:06 pm) <br />Councilmember Susan Loo <br />Councilmember Dennis Maloney <br />Councilmember Ashley Stolzmann <br />Staff Present: Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br />Heather Balser, Deputy City Manager <br />Joe Stevens, Director of Parks & Recreation <br />Aaron DeJong, Director of Economic Development <br />Rob Zuccaro, Director of Planning & Building Safety <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />Others Present: Sam Light, City Attorney <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />All rose for the pledge of allegiance <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Muckle called for changes to the agenda and hearing none, moved to approve <br />the agenda, seconded by Councilmember Maloney. All were in favor. Absent <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Deb Fahey, 1118 West Enclave Circle, encouraged local municipalities to work hard on <br />climate change to offset what the Federal government may no longer be doing.
