REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL APRIL 3, 1984 <br />1'he City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Pro-tem <br />Leary called the meeting to order at 7:31 P.M. M.S.T. There being present <br />at the call of the roll the following persons: <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: Michael Cussen, Betty Johnson, Susan Morris <br />and Rick Luce <br />ABSENT: Mayor Norbert Meier <br />Councilman Robert Woodson <br />ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. 'Wurl, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />William Hesson, City Treasurer <br />Karl Kasch, Director of Public Works <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br />ABSENT: John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Pro-tem Leary asked <br />to have any items removed <br />Agenda . None . <br />Councilman Cussen moved, <br />seconded that the Consent <br />Question called for. All <br />caY~ried unanimously. <br />if anyone wished <br />from the Consent <br />councilman <br />Agenda be <br />in favor. <br />Luce <br />approved. <br />Motion <br />APPROVAL OF THE REGULAR AGENDA Mayor Pro-tem Leary wished to add under the <br />General Council Items 9. E. Discussion of <br />Addition - Discussion of C-470 thE, C-470 Issue. <br />Highway Issue Councilman Luce moved, Councilwoman Johnson <br />seconded that the regular agenda be approved <br />as amended. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />APPROVAL OR CORRECTION OF Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Luce <br />THE MINUTES seconded that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of March 20, 1984 be approved as <br />presented. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Charla Nicholas, 452 West Mrs. Nicholas stated that she had sent a <br />Griffith letter expressing her concern relative to <br />safety hazards at the Elementary School. <br />Councilmembers had a copy of it and she <br />read it in its entirety. (Attached as <br />Ex.ibit A). <br />
