REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL APRIL 3, 1984 1'he City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Pro-tem Leary called the meeting to order at 7:31 P.M. M.S.T. There being present at the call of the roll the following persons: COUNCILMEMBERS: Michael Cussen, Betty Johnson, Susan Morris and Rick Luce ABSENT: Mayor Norbert Meier Councilman Robert Woodson ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. 'Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney William Hesson, City Treasurer Karl Kasch, Director of Public Works Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services August Hioco, Director of Community Services Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk ABSENT: John Rupp, Director of Community Development Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA Mayor Pro-tem Leary asked to have any items removed Agenda . None . Councilman Cussen moved, seconded that the Consent Question called for. All caY~ried unanimously. if anyone wished from the Consent councilman Agenda be in favor. Luce approved. Motion APPROVAL OF THE REGULAR AGENDA Mayor Pro-tem Leary wished to add under the General Council Items 9. E. Discussion of Addition - Discussion of C-470 thE, C-470 Issue. Highway Issue Councilman Luce moved, Councilwoman Johnson seconded that the regular agenda be approved as amended. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. APPROVAL OR CORRECTION OF Councilwoman Morris moved, Councilman Luce THE MINUTES seconded that the minutes of the regular meeting of March 20, 1984 be approved as presented. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. PUBLIC COMMENTS Charla Nicholas, 452 West Mrs. Nicholas stated that she had sent a Griffith letter expressing her concern relative to safety hazards at the Elementary School. Councilmembers had a copy of it and she read it in its entirety. (Attached as Ex.ibit A).
