CONTINUED MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JANUARY 23, 1984 'he City Council of the City of Louisville met in continued session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called the meeting to order at 7:37 P.M. M.S.T. The following persons were present: COUNCILMEMBERS: Rick Luce, Robert Woodson, Betty Johnson John Leary and Michael Cussen ABSENT: Councilwoman Susan Morris ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. ~Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney John Rupp, Director of Community Development Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Karl Kasch, Director of Public Works Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services Cleo Mud:rock, City Clerk DENVER WATER BOARD Administrator Wurl distributed the lastest CONTRACT AND MISSION up-date of the agreement, which was delivered VIEJO AGREEMENT to :his home a few minutes before the meeting. Referred to page 2 of the Denver Water Board Contract and stated the figures to be placed in the contract were a minimum of $57,000 of which have been paid $45,227.30. Noted a change on page 1 - fifth parapgraph, the wording was changed as there was a problem whether the previous wording meant 1% of the total project or 1% of 80%. The City Attorney verified there was no problem with that. Mr. Wurl referred to page 3, Item 7. In addition to the January 1, 1985 date, they have included in the agreement, an option for Mission Viejo to purchase the rights and that time frame is extended until 120 days after the completion of the final design of the project. He and the Attorney had no problem with this. Administrator Wurl stated that both Attorneys Rautenstraus and Williamson have reviewed the other aspects and found no problems. Therefore, their recommendation was council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign both the Denver Water Agreement and the Mission Viejo Agreement.
