CONTINUED MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JANUARY 23, 1984 <br />'he City Council of the City of Louisville met in continued session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier <br />called the meeting to order at 7:37 P.M. M.S.T. The following persons <br />were present: <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: Rick Luce, Robert Woodson, Betty Johnson <br />John Leary and Michael Cussen <br />ABSENT: Councilwoman Susan Morris <br />ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. ~Wurl, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Karl Kasch, Director of Public Works <br />Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br />Cleo Mud:rock, City Clerk <br />DENVER WATER BOARD Administrator Wurl distributed the lastest <br />CONTRACT AND MISSION up-date of the agreement, which was delivered <br />VIEJO AGREEMENT to :his home a few minutes before the meeting. <br />Referred to page 2 of the Denver Water Board <br />Contract and stated the figures to be placed <br />in the contract were a minimum of $57,000 <br />of which have been paid $45,227.30. <br />Noted a change on page 1 - fifth parapgraph, <br />the wording was changed as there was a <br />problem whether the previous wording meant <br />1% of the total project or 1% of 80%. <br />The City Attorney verified there was no <br />problem with that. <br />Mr. Wurl referred to page 3, Item 7. <br />In addition to the January 1, 1985 date, <br />they have included in the agreement, an <br />option for Mission Viejo to purchase the <br />rights and that time frame is extended until <br />120 days after the completion of the final <br />design of the project. He and the Attorney <br />had no problem with this. <br />Administrator Wurl stated that both Attorneys <br />Rautenstraus and Williamson have reviewed <br />the other aspects and found no problems. <br />Therefore, their recommendation was council <br />authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign both <br />the Denver Water Agreement and the Mission <br />Viejo Agreement. <br />
