It has vertical wood board and batten siding, with very little remaining paint.
The roof is a shed, covered with green asphalt roll roofing, sloped down to the west. The shed opens to the
east with a pair of wood board swinging doors on historic metal strap hinges.
City of Louisville building permit files record a 1976 building permit for Louisville Urban Renewal Authority
(LURA) work to correct safety violations. These include removal of an existing unused chimney (location
unspecified); roofing, gutters & downspouts; foundation waterproofing; addition of storm/screen windows;
1
