Dist <br />OAH P 1405 <br />Rev. 9/98 <br />Describe This property is within the Jefferson Place Subdivision in Louisville, which is being evaluated for <br />historic district potential in 2010 — 2012. This resurvey is part of the historic district evaluation process. <br />7. Previous Recordings: Architectural Inventory Form 2000, as part of "Old Town" Louisville Historical Building <br />Survey by Carl McWilliams of Cultural Resource Historians. <br />8. Changes or Additions to Previous Descriptions: <br />The following changes have been made since the 2000 survey. The roofing consists of tan -colored asphalt <br />shingles. The red brick chimney has been cut off at the eave height. The secondary entrance is sheltered by <br />an aluminum awning. The main entrance facing east has been modified. The east -facing entrance door has <br />been replaced with an aluminum double -hung window with siding below. The south -facing door is a 2-panel <br />red -painted wood door with no storm/screen door. At the rear of the house there is a concrete patio covered <br />with a wood -framed, flat roof. The front of the property has sandstone flagstone and sandstone boulders. <br />There is a small shed in the rear of the property, with unpainted vertical wood siding, gable roof, aluminum <br />slider windows and a plain wooden door painted white on the north side. <br />Construction History: No changes to previous description. <br />1 <br />
