<br />SERIES 2019
<br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2019 BUDGET BY AMENDING
<br />APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GENERAL FUND, OPEN SPACE & PARKS
<br />FUND, CEMETERY FUND, HISTORIC PRESERVATION FUND, RECREATION
<br />FUND, CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND, IMPACT FEE FUND, RECREATION
<br />CENTER CONSTRUCTION FUND, WATER UTILITY FUND, WASTEWATER
<br />UTILITY FUND, STORM WATER UTILITY FUND, GOLF COURSE FUND, AND
<br />FLEET MANAGEMENT FUND FOR CARRY FORWARD OF
<br />APPROPRIATIONS AND ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN SUCH
<br />FUNDS AND ADJUSTING BUDGETED REVENUE IN THE GENERAL FUND,
<br />OPEN SPACE & PARKS FUND, HISTORIC PRESERVATION FUND,
<br />RECREATION FUND, CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND, AND RECREATION
<br />CENTER CONSTRUCTION FUND
<br />WHEREAS, the need exists to amend the 2019 budget by amending
<br />appropriations in the General Fund, Open Space & Parks Fund, Cemetery Fund,
<br />Historic Preservation Fund, Recreation Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Impact Fee
<br />Fund, Recreation Center Construction Fund, Water Utility Fund, Wastewater Utility
<br />Fund, Storm Water Utility Fund, Golf Course Fund, and Fleet Management Fund,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, the need exists to amend the 2019 revenue budget by
<br />amending budgeted revenue in the General Fund, Open Space & Parks Fund,
<br />Historic Preservation Fund, Recreation Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Impact Fee
<br />Fund, and Recreation Center Construction Fund, and
<br />WHEREAS, the need to amend the 2019 budget arises
<br />1 To carry -forward unused appropriations from 2018 to 2019 for
<br />projects and purchases that were approved for 2018 but will not be completed until
<br />2019,
<br />2 To formally adopt other additions and adjustments to the current
<br />2019 appropriations that were not anticipated, or were not measureable, at the
<br />time the original 2019 budget was adopted,
<br />3 To reallocate equipment replacement contributions to the
<br />Technology Management Fund,
<br />4 To formally adopt wage and benefit adjustments to the current 2019
<br />appropriations that were not anticipated, or were not measureable, at the time the
<br />original 2019 budget was adopted,
