MARCH 9, 1998 THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE REGULAR LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY MEETING Local Licensing Authority of the City of Louisville met in a Special session on March 9, 1998, in the 2nd Floor Council Chambers, City Hall, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Chairperson Steve Jeff.ers called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and the following persons were present. ROLL CALL Attendance: Gene Morris, Steve Jeff.ers, Marguerite Lipton, Bill Kimmett, Larry Evans and J. Bryan Myers Also Attending: Tami Tanoue, Griffiths, Tanoue & Light, P.C. Nancy Varra, Secretary to the Authority Steve Barnett, Leonard Berenato, James Hayden APPROVAL OF AGENDA ACTION ON MINUTES 02/23/98 Kimmett noted changes to the minutes. On page two, second paragraph entitled "Certificate of Appreciation - Linda Salas", correction was made as follow: "Former Authority Secretary Linda Salas was recognized and presented a plaque for dedicated service and significant contribution to the Local Licensing Authority as Secretary from August 3, 1993 through January 2, 1998". On page two, third paragraph, item 2.) should read "The door from the tents to restrooms must be manned, so that there would be no exits or entrances with alcohol". CONSENT AGENDA The following items on the Local Licensing Authority Agenda are considered routine by the Authority and the ~i~iii~i~iii~i~ ~i~ not as individual items, accepted, etc. by motion of the Authority and roll call vote unless the Local Licensing Authority or Authority Member specifically requests that such item be considered under "Authority Business." In such an event the item shall be removed from the "Consent Calendar" and the authority action taken separately on said item in the order appearing on the Agenda. Those items so approved under the heading "Consent Calendar" will appear in the Authority minutes in their proper order.
