MARCH 30, 1998 THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE REGULAR LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY MEETING Local Licensing Authority of the City of Louisville met in a regular session on March 30, 1998, in the2nd Floor COuncil Chambers, City Hall, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Chairperson Steve Jeffers called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and the following persons were present. ROLL CALL Attendance: Gene Morris, Steve Jeffers, Marguerite Lipton, Bill Kimmett, Larry Evans and J. Bryan Myers Also Attending: Sam Light, Griffiths, Tanoue & Light, P.C. Nancy Varra, Secretary to the Authority APPROVAL OF AGENDA ACTION ON MINUTES 03/09/98 Lipton noted a correction on the minutes. The minutes for the March 9, 1998 meeting should reflect that it was a special session of the Local LicensingAuthority and not a regular meeting. CONSENT AGENDA The following items on the Local Licensing Authority Agenda are considered routine by the Authority and the ~(i~iii~i~iii~i~! ~i~ not as individual items, accepted, etc. by motion of the Authority and roll call vote unless the Local Licensing Authority or Authority Member specifically requests that such item be considered under "Authority Business." In such an event the item shall be removed from the "Consent Calendar" and the authority action taken separately on said item in the order appearing on the Agenda. Those items so approved under the heading "Consent Calendar" will appear in the Authority minutes in their proper order.
