I AUGUST 31, 1998 THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE REGULAR LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY MEETING Local Licensing Authority of the City of Louisville met in a regular session on August 31, 1998, in the 2nd Floor Council Chambers, City Hall, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Chairperson Steve Jeffers called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and the following persons were present. ROLL CALL Attendance: Also Attending: Steve Jeff.ers, Bill Kimmett, Marguerite Lipton J. Bryan Myers, Larry Evans, Sam Light, Griffiths, Tanoue & Light, P.C. Nancy Varra, Secretary to the Authority Jerry Riggins, Police Department Absent: Gene Morris (excused) APPROVAL OF AGENDA ACTION ON MINUTES 07/27/98 CONSENT AGENDA The following items on the Local Licensing Authority Agenda are considered routine by the Authority and the ~ii~:.~i!~ii~i~i~ ~i~ not as individual items, accepted, etc. by motion of the Authority and roll call vote unless the Local Licensing Authority or Authority Member specifically requests that such item be considered under "Authority Business." In such an event the item shall be removed from the "Consent Calendar" and the authority action taken separately on said item in the order appearing on the Agenda. Those items so approved under the heading "Consent Calendar" will appear in the Authority minutes in their proper order.
