RESOLUTION NO. 3 <br />SERIES 2020 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF THE DELO LOFTS <br />PUD LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF GRIFFITH STREET AND <br />CANNON STREET; LOTS 1-10, BLOCK 1, TRACTS A-E, AND OUTLOT 1, DELO <br />LOFTS SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a three year extension of the approval of the Delo Lofts PUD; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that <br />the application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable <br />sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on December 12, 2019 where <br />evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the <br />Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report dated December 12, 2019, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of a one-year extension; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission and finds that a one year extension to <br />December 6, 2020 should be approved. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve an application for a one year extension of the Delo Lofts <br />PUD. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th.
