Check out one <br />of our many events, bask in the Colorado sunshine on over <br />32 miles of trails, snuggle up with a book from the Library, <br />drop into the Recreation & Senior Center's sauna, or enjoy <br />one of our great shops and restaurants. There's something <br />for everyone! <br />Friday, December 6 <br />Parade of Lights 5:30 pm activities, 7 pm parade <br />This Louisville holiday tradition has been a favorite for over thirty years! The <br />parade, which is sponsored by the City of Louisville, runs north on Main <br />Street from Parkview to South Street. Holiday activities, presented by the <br />Louisville Chamber of Commerce, include performances from local choirs, <br />Living Nativity and Petting Zoo, and visits with Santa (5:30 pm - 7 pm). <br />Snowed In at the Library 5 - 7 pm <br />Join the Library (951 Spruce Street) for this free event open to everyone of all ages. <br />There will be live classical guitar music, snowflake crafts, a snowy photo booth, <br />winter story times, a children's scavenger hunt, and cozy refreshments. <br />Historical Museum Open House 5 - 8:30 pm Pick up your traditonal treat sack! <br />First Friday Art Walk and Evening Shopping from 5 pm <br />Wi, -terSkato - Opet. 01444 <br />Enjoy old fashioned outside ice skat- <br />ing at the Steinbaugh Pavilion, 824 <br />Front Street. Open daily, including <br />holidays and school breaks. Pre- <br />sented by Boulder Creek Events and <br />sponsored by the City of Louisville. <br />Horse-°rawl& carriage r <br />Free horse-drawn carriage rides are <br />provided by the Downtown Busi- <br />ness Association and operated by Ko- <br />diak Ranch Clydesdales. 12 - 3:00 pm, <br />each weekend in December and daily <br />Dec 26 - Jan 1, Steinbaugh Pavilion. <br />Louisville Public Library's Family and Kid Friendly Special Events <br />The Library is the perfect place for a quick break from holiday shopping or a des- <br />tination for some kid and family friendly events.
