The following persons <br />were present - <br /> <br />City Council Present: Mayor Chuck Sisk <br />Dave Clabots <br />Hank Dalton <br />Bob Muckle <br />Ron Sackett <br />Frost Yarnell <br /> <br />City Council Absent: Sheri Marsella <br /> <br />Staff Present: Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br />Heather Balser, Deputy City Manager <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director <br />Kevin Watson, Finance Director <br />Rhonda Welborn, Executive Assistant <br />Bruce Goodman, Chief of Police <br />Tom Phare, Public Works <br /> <br />Other Members Present: Sam Mamet, Executive Director CML <br /> <br />Mr. Mamet discussed the value of the City of Louisville's involvement with CML. <br />CML is a statewide association of 264 cities and towns. Memberships consist of <br />local governments. CML provides many services, such as; legislative advocacy, <br />engagement with bill activity, technical assistance through workshops and <br />training, financing public improvements, answering questions from local <br />governments, policy -studying and researching policy issues. Anyone involved in <br />municipal government can serve on the CML board. Mr. Mamet discussed that <br />the league was founded on the CU Boulder Campus.
