II: City,/ <br />Om Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1882 <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />March 15, 2021 <br />Virtual Meeting <br />6:30 PM <br />Chair Haley called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Chair Lynda Haley <br />Gary Dunlap <br />Keith Keller <br />Christine Burg <br />Andrea Klemme <br />Commission Members Absent: None. <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Rob Zuccaro, Planning Director <br />Kim Bauer, Preservation Planner <br />Amelia Brackett Hogstad, Planning Clerk <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Klemme made a motion to approve the March 15, 2021 agenda. Seconded by Dunlap. The <br />agenda was approved by voice vote. <br />APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES <br />Dunlap made a motion to approve the February 22, 2021 minutes. Seconded by Klemme and <br />Keller. The minutes were approved as written by voice vote. <br />Dunlap observed that the February minutes stated that there would be an ongoing projects table <br />and he had not seen one in the most recent staff report.
