la City,/ <br />im Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1882 <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />September 20th, 2021 <br />Virtual Meeting <br />6:30 PM <br />Chair Haley called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Chair Lynda Haley <br />Christine Burg <br />Andrea Klemme <br />Gary Dunlap <br />Commission Members Absent: Keith Keller <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Lisa Ritchie, Interim Planning Director <br />Kim Bauer, Preservation Planner <br />Amelia Brackett Hogstad, Planning Clerk <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Klemme made a motion to approve the September 20, 2021 agenda. Seconded by Burg. The <br />agenda was approved unanimously by voice vote. <br />APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES <br />Klemme made a motion to approve the August 16, 2021 minutes. Seconded by Burg. The <br />minutes were approved unanimously as written by voice vote. <br />None. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON AGENDA <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />501 Jefferson Avenue: A request to Landmark 501 Jefferson Avenue and a request for an <br />Alteration Certificate and Preservation and Restoration Grant. <br />Bauer presented the criteria for landmarking, stating that the structure was old enough and met <br />the criteria for architectural and social significance.
