<br />EGULAR }1EETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />JUNE 1, 1982 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main St., Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called <br />the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.D.S.T. There being present at the call <br />of the roll the following persons: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: Herman Fauson, Dennis Ferrera, Susan Morris, <br />Michael Cussen and John Leary <br /> <br />ABSENT: Donald Cummings <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wur1, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />William Hesson, City Treasurer <br />John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />David Blanchard, City Engineer <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br />ABSENT: Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES Mayor and Counci1members approved the <br />minutes of the regular meeting of May 18, <br />1982 as presented. <br /> <br />TEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that the items enclosed be accepted <br />and brought up under the proper head of <br />business. Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />Each counci1member had a copy of proposed <br />amendments. <br />Director Rupp advised this copy was a version <br />of what had been edited, corrected, and had <br />the input of both Planning Commission and <br />Counci1members, also the amendments and <br />suggested changes in the development plan map. <br />He advised they were complying with the ord- <br />inance that stated the amendments to the comp <br />plan would come before Council by June 1st. <br />Rupp inquired if Council wished to proceed <br />with the Public Hearing schedule. The basic <br />format of the comp plan includes the overall <br />purpose of the plan, development of a plan <br />for all the streets in Louisville, goals and <br />policies that were reviewed, and later will <br />be preparing detailed plan elements and the <br />use for those elements. <br />
