<br />lliGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAY 18, 1982 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main St., Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called <br />the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.D.S.T. There being present at the call <br />of the roll the following persons: <br /> <br />COUNCILJvlEMBERS : <br /> <br />John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris <br />Don Cummings, Dennis Ferrera, and Herman Fauson <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br /> <br />Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />William Hesson, City Treasurer <br />John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />David Blanchard, City Engineer <br />Mark Wahman, Police Lieutenant <br />Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant <br />Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> <br />SIGN UP TO SPEAK <br />ON ORDINANCES #759 <br />AND 760 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Meier requested that people in the <br />audience that wished to speak for or <br />against Ordinance 759 - Water and Sewer <br />Tap Increases, and Ordinance 760 - Water <br />and Sewer Rate Increases please sign the <br />lists provided in Council Chambers. If <br />someone failed to sign up, they would, <br />however, be able to speak. <br /> <br />Mayor and Councilmembers accepted the <br />minutes of the regular meeting of May 4, <br />1982 as presented. <br /> <br />ITEMS ENCLOSED <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded the items enclosed be accepted and <br />brought up under the proper head of business. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />CHAMBER OF COMMERCE - CHAMBER <br />DUES <br /> <br />Dennis Drumm, President of the Chamber of <br />Commerce commented at their last meeting, <br />councilmembers voted to join the Chamber. <br />He informed Council businessmen paid $100 <br />annually as a voting member. The Board of <br />Directors also provided for negotiations <br />with large entities as the City of Louis- <br />ville. The Chamber has asked all large <br />entities to participate in the amount of <br />$1,000.00 for dues. He also informed Council <br />they have a statement of their goals and <br />would answer any questions. <br />
