<br />~GULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAY 4, 1982 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main St., Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called <br />the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.D.T. There being present at the call <br />of the roll the following persons: <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBERS: John Leary Michael Cussen, Susan Morris, <br />Don Cummings, Dennis Ferrera, and Herman Fauson <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />William Hesson, City Treasurer <br />John Rupp, Dir,ector of Community Development <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />David Blanchard, City Engineer <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant <br />Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES Mayor and Councilmembers accepted the <br />minutes of the regular meeting of April <br />20, 1982 as presented. <br /> <br />TTEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded that the items enclosed be accepted <br />and brought up under the proper head of <br />business. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />JOE TENNESSEN, AREA MANAGER <br />Storer Cable TV <br /> <br />Mayor Meier informed Council Mr. Joe <br />Tennessen, Storer, Cable TV was present <br />to speak in reply to the letter of non- <br />compliance sent to him. Mr. Tennessen <br />presented the Mayor and Councilmembers with <br />a list of the apartment tenants who had <br />received, or in the near future would re- <br />ceive Cable TV service. <br />Mr. Tennessen stated one of his main concerns <br />regarding the action Council had taken at <br />the last Council meeting was the suggestion <br />that the company had not done what was told <br />Council that had been completed. He fur- <br />ther informed Council there was an industry <br />standard for determining when a cable con- <br />struction has been completed and according <br />to the Agreement this was when service was <br />provided each resident of the City. Stated <br />when he reported to Council in December this <br />had been done with two exceptions, which <br />were two apartment complexes that had no <br />
