<br />1EGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />HARCH 16, 1982 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br />Council Chambers, 749 Main St., Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called <br />the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.S.T. There being present at the call <br />of the roll the following persons: <br /> <br />COUNCILHEMBERS: <br /> <br />Herman Fauson, Dennis Ferrera, Don Cummings, <br />Susan Morris, Michael Cussen, and John Leary <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br /> <br />Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br />Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br />John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br />August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br />David Blanchard, City Engineer <br />Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br />Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant <br />Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />William Hesson, City Treasurer <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Meier and Councilmembers accepted <br />the minutes of the regular meeting of <br />March 2, 1982 as presented. <br /> <br />....TEMS ENCLOSED <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br />seconded the items enclosed be accepted <br />and brought up under the proper head of <br />business. Question called for. All in <br />favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />FRANK VARP~ - WATER TAP <br />REQUEST <br /> <br />Frank Varra was not in attendance. <br />Administrator Wurl advised Mr. Varra ~as <br />requesting a 3/4" tap and was aware he <br />would be required to pay twice the tap <br />fee required inside the city limits; also <br />recovery fee to S.T.C. who had installed <br />the water line. <br /> <br />Mayor Heier <br /> <br />Commented he would be opposed to this re- <br />quest because the property was outside the <br />urban services area. <br /> <br />FRANK VARRA REQUEST GRANTED <br /> <br />Councilman Cwnmings moved, Councilman Fauson <br />seconded Frank Varra be granted a water tap. <br />Roll Call vote: <br /> <br />YES: Fauson, Leary, Ferrera,Cunnnings, <br />Cussen <br />NO: Meier, Morris <br />Motion carried 5-2. <br />
