1EGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL HARCH 16, 1982 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main St., Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.S.T. There being present at the call of the roll the following persons: COUNCILHEMBERS: Herman Fauson, Dennis Ferrera, Don Cummings, Susan Morris, Michael Cussen, and John Leary ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney John Rupp, Director of Community Development August Hioco, Director of Community Services David Blanchard, City Engineer Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk ABSENT: William Hesson, City Treasurer ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Meier and Councilmembers accepted the minutes of the regular meeting of March 2, 1982 as presented. ....TEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera seconded the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS FRANK VARP~ - WATER TAP REQUEST Frank Varra was not in attendance. Administrator Wurl advised Mr. Varra ~as requesting a 3/4" tap and was aware he would be required to pay twice the tap fee required inside the city limits; also recovery fee to S.T.C. who had installed the water line. Mayor Heier Commented he would be opposed to this re- quest because the property was outside the urban services area. FRANK VARRA REQUEST GRANTED Councilman Cwnmings moved, Councilman Fauson seconded Frank Varra be granted a water tap. Roll Call vote: YES: Fauson, Leary, Ferrera,Cunnnings, Cussen NO: Meier, Morris Motion carried 5-2.
