~ORGANIZATIONAL ~mETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JANUARY 11, 1982 Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.H. M.S.T. with the following Council members present: Fauson, Cummings, Brown, Meier, and Domenico. Councilman DelPizzo arrived at 7:!..j-S P.M. Also present were Councilmembers elect: Ferrera, Cussen, Leary and Morris. City Administra- tor Wurl, City Attorney Rautenstraus, Director of Community Development Rupp, Director of Community Services Hioco, Director of Public Safety Lees- man, Chief Accountant Caranci, City Engineer Blanchard, City Treasurer Hesson, and Acting City Clerk Mudrock. SINE DIE Councilman Fa.uson moved that Council Sine Die. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. Mayor Elect Meier called for a 2-minute recess to seat the new members of Council. SWEARING IN CEREMONIES Municipal Judge Enrietto read the oath of office, which was repeated by Mayor Meier, City Treasurer Hesson and City Clerk Mudrock. He then called all members of Council to come forward and administered the oath of office to them. COUNCILMEMBERS jEATING ARRANGMENT Mayor Meier announced the seating arrange- ment from his right to left of the council table City Clerk Cleo Mudrock, Councilmen Herman Fauson, Dennis Ferrera, Don Cummings, Leon Wurl, City Administrator, Mayor Heier, City Attorney, Susan Morris, City Council- woman, Hichael Cussen, Councilman, John Leary, Councilman and City Treasurer Bill Hesson. PRESENTATION OF GAVEL Mr. David Meier, father of Hayor Norbert Meier presented a gavel to him for his first meeting. OATHS OF OFFICE Each newly elE~cted person signed the Oath of Office. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL Mayor Meier called the meeting to order and City Clerk Mudrock called the roll with everyone present. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved that the items en- closed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Council-
