<br />.lliGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 17, 1981 <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.S.T. with the <br />following Council members present: Fauson, Cummings, DelPizzo, Meier. <br />Councilman Brown arrived at the meeting at 8:05 P.M. Also present were: <br />City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney R.autenstraus, City Treasurer Hesson, <br />Director of Community Development Rupp, Director of Community Services Hioco, <br />Police Chief Leesman, City Engineer Blanchard, Chief Account Caranci, and <br />Acting City Clerk Mudrock. Absent: Cou.ncilman Domenico. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />ITEMS ENCLOSED <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEHS <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />JRDINANCE #745 - COAP PLAN <br />AMENDMENT PROCEDURE - 1ST <br />READING <br /> <br />PUBLICATION AUTHORIZED <br /> <br />Councilman Heier <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #746 - BIELLA <br />Ai\!NEXATION - 1ST READING <br />SET DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci and council approved the <br />minutes of the rescheduled meeting of <br />November 5, 1981 as presented. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved that the items en- <br />closed be accepted and brought up under <br />the proper head of business. Seconded by <br />Councilman Heier. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />City Attorney l:Zautenstraus read the ordinance <br />by title only, each member of council had <br />a copy before him; and the request was for <br />authorization for publication on first reading. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance <br />=11745 - Comp Plan Amendment Procedure be <br />put out for publication. Seconded by Council- <br />man Fauson. <br /> <br />Referred to page 3 of the ordinance and <br />suggested the wording in section 3. be <br />changed to read "The amendment request <br />must demonstrate that a clear need exists <br />IOrthe amendment, "etc. <br />City Attorney Rautenstraus suggested a <br />correction be made to read "The amendment <br />request demonstrates that a clear need <br />exists, etc." Agreeable with Council - <br />change to be made before publication. <br /> <br />Question called for on the motion. All <br />in favor. Motion carried 4-0. <br /> <br />Attorney Rautenstraus read the ordinance <br />by title only, each member of council had <br />a copy before him, and the request was for <br />authorization for ~ublication on 1st reading. <br />and to set a date for public hearing. <br />
