RESOLUTION NO. 17 <br />SERIES 2022 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A THREE-YEAR EXTENSION OF THE APPROVAL <br />OF THE TERRACES ON MAIN PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a request for a three-year extension of the approval of the Terraces on <br />Main Planned Unit Development; and <br />WHEREAS, the Staff and the Louisville Planning Commission reviewed the <br />information submitted and found that the application complies with the Louisville zoning <br />regulations and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Louisville Planning Commission has held a properly noticed public <br />hearing on Februry 15, 2022 on the proposed application and has recommended the <br />request be forwarded to the Louisville City Council with a recommendation of approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on March 15, 2022, where evidence and testimony were entered into the <br />record, including the findings in the Louisville City Council staff report dated March 15, <br />2022. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1.
