RESOLUTION NO. 24 <br />SERIES 2022 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST FOR A SPECIAL REVIEW USE TO <br />ALLOW FOR THE USE GROUP, BANQUET OR RECEPTION HALL, FOR THE <br />PROPERTY AT 957 MAIN STREET <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a Special Review Use to allow a banquet or reception hall on Lot 1, Block <br />5, Town of Louisville, located at 957 Main Street; and <br />WHEREAS, the Staff and the Louisville Planning Commission reviewed the <br />information submitted and found that the application complies with the Louisville zoning <br />regulations and other applicable sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly <br />noticed public hearing on March 10, 2022 on the proposed application and has <br />recommended the request be forwarded to the Louisville City Council with a <br />recommendation of approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application at a duly noticed <br />public hearing on May 3, 2022, where evidence and testimony were entered into the <br />record, including the findings in the Louisville City Council staff report dated May 3, 2022. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1.
