<br />~~GULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />AUGUST 4, 1981 <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following <br />Council members present: Fauson, Cummings, DelPizzo, Brown, Meier and <br />Domenico. Also present were: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Rauten- <br />straus, City Treasurer Hesson, Director of Community Development Rupp, <br />Lt. Wahman, Chief Accountant Caranci, City Engineer Blanchard, and Acting <br />City Clerk Mudrock. Absent: Director of Community Services Hioco and <br />Police Chief Leesman. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES <br /> <br />ITEMS ENCLOSED <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />LOUISVILLE JAYCEES - SPECIAL <br />EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE - PUBLIC <br />HEARING <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />JOHN LEAVITT - ST. ANTHONY'S <br />HOSPITAL PLANNING DEPT. <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci and council approved the <br />minutes of the regular meeting of July <br />21, 1981 as presented. <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson moved that the items <br />enclosed be accepted and brought up under <br />the proper head of business. Seconded by <br />Councilman Meier. Question called for. <br />All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing, <br />and Attorney Rautenstraus advised Council <br />the property was properly posted and the <br />application was in order. The request <br />was for a special events license for <br />September 7, 1981 from 10:00 A.M. till <br />10:00 P.M. on September 7, 1981. <br />Mayor Caranci inquired if there was anyone <br />present opposed to the application. <br />None. In favor - none. No council remarks. <br />He then closed the public hearing <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the Louisville <br />Jaycees - Special Events liquor license be <br />granted for September 7, 1981 from 10:00 A.M. <br />till 10:00 P.M. Seconded by Councilman <br />Brown. Question called for. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. John Leavitt advised council he was <br />the marketing analyst with the planning <br />department of St. Anthony's Hospital <br />Systems in Denver. Each member of council <br />had a copy of the survey form he wished to <br />distribute to a sample of the residents of <br />Louisville relating to health care needs. <br />The survey is being conducted within the <br />northern suburbs of Denver. Information <br />obtained from the surveys will be compiled <br />as to demographics, self perceived health <br />needs and the health status of the residents. <br />
