<br />RESCHEDULED MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />MARCH 19, 1981 <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following <br />Council members present: Fauson, Cummings, DelPizzo, Carnival, Meier, and <br />Domenico. Also present were City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, <br />Ci ty Treasurer Hesson, Director of Conul1unity Development Rupp, Police Chief <br />Leesman, Director of Community Services Hioco, City Engineer Blanchard, <br />Chief Accountant Caranci, and Acting City Clerk Mudrock. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />ITEMS ENCLOSED <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />AMERICAN LEGION - SPECIAL EVENTS <br />LIQUOR LICENSE - PUBLIC HEARING/ <br /> <br />APPROVAL <br /> <br />TRI-CITY ELKS - LIQUOR LICENSE <br />RENEWAL <br /> <br />AUDIENCE CO}frffiNTS <br /> <br />l'1ayor Caranci and Council approved the <br />minutes of rescheduled meeting of <br />Hareh 5, 1981 as presented. <br /> <br />Councilman Carnival moved that the <br />items enclosed be accepted and h!"ough.:t <br />up under the proper head of busi~ <br />Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Question <br />called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing <br />and asked Attorney Joss if the appli- <br />cation was in order. <br />Attorney Joss reported that the appli- <br />cation was in order and the request <br />was for two dates, and the proper <br />posting had been made at the proper <br />location. <br />Hayor Caranci asked if there was <br />anyone in the audience supporting the <br />application. None. <br />Anyone opposed - None. <br />Councilman Fauson moved that the American <br />Legion Special Events Liquor License <br />be approved for April 17, 1981 commencing <br />at 6:00 P.l'1. until 2:00 A.M. April 18, <br />1981 and May 22, 1981 from 6:00 P.M. <br />till 2:00 A.M. May 23, 1981. Seconded <br />by Councilman Domenico. Question called <br />for.. All in favor. Notion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the <br />Tri-City Elks Liquor License be re- <br />newed. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br />Question called for.
