RESCHEDULED MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MARCH 19, 1981 Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following Council members present: Fauson, Cummings, DelPizzo, Carnival, Meier, and Domenico. Also present were City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, Ci ty Treasurer Hesson, Director of Conul1unity Development Rupp, Police Chief Leesman, Director of Community Services Hioco, City Engineer Blanchard, Chief Accountant Caranci, and Acting City Clerk Mudrock. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES ITEMS ENCLOSED COUNCIL ITEMS AMERICAN LEGION - SPECIAL EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE - PUBLIC HEARING/ APPROVAL TRI-CITY ELKS - LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL AUDIENCE CO}frffiNTS l'1ayor Caranci and Council approved the minutes of rescheduled meeting of Hareh 5, 1981 as presented. Councilman Carnival moved that the items enclosed be accepted and h!"ough.:t up under the proper head of busi~ Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing and asked Attorney Joss if the appli- cation was in order. Attorney Joss reported that the appli- cation was in order and the request was for two dates, and the proper posting had been made at the proper location. Hayor Caranci asked if there was anyone in the audience supporting the application. None. Anyone opposed - None. Councilman Fauson moved that the American Legion Special Events Liquor License be approved for April 17, 1981 commencing at 6:00 P.l'1. until 2:00 A.M. April 18, 1981 and May 22, 1981 from 6:00 P.M. till 2:00 A.M. May 23, 1981. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Question called for.. All in favor. Notion carried 6-0. Councilman Domenico moved that the Tri-City Elks Liquor License be re- newed. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. Nonl~.
