.<EGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL FEBRUARY 3, 1981 Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following Council memebers present: Fauson, Cummings, DelPizzo, Carnival, Meier and Domenico. Also present were City Administrator Wur1, City Attorney Joss, City Treasurer Hesson, Director of Community Development Rupp, Police Chief Leesman, Director of Parks and Rec. Hioco, City Engineer Blanchard, and City Clerk Stahl. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Caranci and Council approved the minutes of January 20, 1981 as presented. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Carnival moved that the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman Meier. All in favor. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS RESCHEDULE 11ARCH 3, 1981 COUNCIL l'1EETING Mayor Caranci advised Council this was necessary due to the Centennial Valley Mall election scheduled for this date and the council chambers would be used by the voters. Councilman Meier moved that the Council meeting be set for March 2, 1981. Seconded by Councilman Car- nival. Administrator Wur1 advised this was a Court date. Councilman Carnival moved that the first Council meeting in March be rescheduled from March 3, to March 5, 1981. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. Question called for. 5 Ayes - Councilman Meier-Nay. Motion carried. 5-1. LURA AND HOUSING AUTHORITY RE-APPOINTMENT Councilman Fauson moved that Robert Jones be reappointed to the LURA and Housing Authority Board for a 2 year term. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 6-0. LOUISVILLE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT SPECIAL EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE PUBLIC HEARING Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing and Attorney Joss advised Council the application was for a 3.2% Beer license for Feb. 28, 1981 commencing at 8:00 A.M. until Midnight at the Fire Hall at
