REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MARCH 4, 1980 Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- ing Council members present: Fauson, Caranci, DelPizzo, Carnival, Meier and Domenico. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Engineer Richardson, Dir. Community Dev. Rupp, Dir. Parks & Rec. Stahl, City Treasurer Hesson, Police Chief Leesman, and City Clerk Stahl. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES ENCLOSURERS COUNCIL ITEMS COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL CONT. PAY EST. #2 CITY HALL REMODEL DART -JOSLIN ANNEXATION REQUEST Councilman Fauson stated that in the minutes of the February 19, meeting it notes Treasurer Hesson as absent, it is to be corrected to arriving late. After the correction, Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes of the February 19, meeting as corrected. Councilman Meier moved that the enclo- surers be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried 6-0. Mr. Hillhouse stated that alot of the work that has been done was underground. He noted that all the caissons have been poured, the foundation is virtually in and the demolition is complete. Councilman Fauson asked if tests were taken on the concrete that has been poured. Mr. Hillhouse stated that Empire Labs is doing the testing and the results have already been returned. Councilman Meier requested that Mr. Hill- house attach a cover sheet of items that have been done each time so they can be used for reference. After comments Councilman Caranci moved that pay est. #2 in the amount of $29,851 be approved for CIC. Seconded by Coun- cilman Meier. Motion carried 6-0. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the request be referred to Planning Commission for further review. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried 6-0.
