<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />MARCH 4, 1980 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- <br />ing Council members present: Fauson, Caranci, DelPizzo, Carnival, <br />Meier and Domenico. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City <br />Attorney Joss, City Engineer Richardson, Dir. Community Dev. Rupp, <br />Dir. Parks & Rec. Stahl, City Treasurer Hesson, Police Chief Leesman, <br />and City Clerk Stahl. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL CONT. <br />PAY EST. #2 CITY HALL <br />REMODEL <br /> <br />DART -JOSLIN ANNEXATION <br />REQUEST <br /> <br />Councilman Fauson stated that in the <br />minutes of the February 19, meeting it <br />notes Treasurer Hesson as absent, it <br />is to be corrected to arriving late. <br />After the correction, Mayor Waschak and <br />Council approved the minutes of the <br />February 19, meeting as corrected. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that the enclo- <br />surers be accepted and brought up under <br />the proper head of business. Seconded <br />by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried <br />6-0. <br /> <br />Mr. Hillhouse stated that alot of the <br />work that has been done was underground. <br />He noted that all the caissons have been <br />poured, the foundation is virtually in <br />and the demolition is complete. <br />Councilman Fauson asked if tests were taken <br />on the concrete that has been poured. <br />Mr. Hillhouse stated that Empire Labs is <br />doing the testing and the results have <br />already been returned. <br />Councilman Meier requested that Mr. Hill- <br />house attach a cover sheet of items that <br />have been done each time so they can be <br />used for reference. <br /> <br />After comments Councilman Caranci moved <br />that pay est. #2 in the amount of $29,851 <br />be approved for CIC. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Meier. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the request <br />be referred to Planning Commission for <br />further review. Seconded by Councilman <br />Domenico. Motion carried 6-0. <br />
