PROCLAMATION <br />WHEREAS, Welcome Wagon is now celebrating its 50th <br />Birthday, marking a half -century of service to individuals and <br />communities all across the United States and <br />WHEREAS, the ideals of Welcome Wagon represent service to <br />Community, Individuals and Households, and <br />WHEREAS, Welcome Wagon extends its service of neighborly <br />hospitality to newcomers, the newly engaged and new parents, <br />promoting general good will and helfulness to all our residents, <br />both those of long-standing and those new to our community, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville highly values and esteems <br />the many services of Welcome Wagon to our households, all <br />places of worship, civic and municipal programs and many community <br />minded business firms, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOHN P.
