<br />ADJOURNED MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 29, 2979 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the adjourned meeting of November 27, 1979 to <br />order at 7:30 P.M. with the following Council members present: <br />DiCarlo, Berry, Meier, Kilker and DelPizzo. Excused absence: Coun- <br />cilman Caranci. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City <br />Attorney Joss, Dir. Community Dev. Rupp, Dir. Parks & Rec. Stahl, <br />Police Chief Munger and City Clerk Stahl. Absent: City Treasurer <br />Hesson. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> <br />BACK UP PUMP <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that he had checked on <br />generators for a back up on the water pumps <br />and new pumps will take from 4 to 6 months; <br />with rental units available in about 1 week <br />with a rental fee of approximately $1,600 <br />per month. <br /> <br />Council stated that they would like Mr. Wurl <br />to have a complete report submitted at the <br />next meeting, with information regarding <br />automatic starters and how the unit will <br />be heated, along with how a rental fee would <br />be applied to a new unit. <br /> <br />FLURIDE REPORT <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that the fluoride feeder <br />is located at a spot in the filter plant <br />ahead of all the filter plant functions, so <br />there has been problems trying to keep <br />the amount consistent. <br />He reported that Noel Hobbs is checking into <br />the matter and hopes to find a location <br />that will keep the count consistent. <br /> <br />FAKE ID CARDS <br /> <br />A report was submitted to Council from Chief <br />Munger regarding the incident. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that in talking with Mr. Collins <br />it was explained to him that when they were <br />taking the license the police card was noticed <br />but not submitted as identification. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl also stated that the police officer <br />in Lafayette filing the report had <br />applied to the City of Louisville for employ- <br />ment but was not hired, just prior to the <br />incident. <br /> <br />Chief Munger reported that all cards have been <br />destroyed except for Mr. Wurl whose has been <br />kept until the matter is cleared at which <br />time it will also be destroyed. <br /> <br />instyucted not to <br />C,t\le.t 1!\\ln~eY ~Ias . <br />Q.S as a Joke. <br />t\\.O!e. caY <br /> <br />issue any <br />
