<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />OCTOBER 2, 1979 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the fol- <br />lowing Council members present: DiCarlo, Berry, Meier, Caranci, <br />Kilker and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City <br />Attorney Joss, Dir. Community Development Rupp, Parks & Rec. Dir. <br />Stahl, City Engineer Richardson, City Treasurer Hesson and City Clerk <br />Stahl. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the min- <br />utes of the September 18, 1979, Council <br />meeting as presented. <br /> <br />Councilman Meier moved that the enclosurers <br />be accepted and brought up under the proper <br />head of business. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />DEPOT LIQUOR LICENSE <br />TRANSFER <br /> <br />Attorney Joss reported that the application <br />is in order and the request is to transfer <br />the business from one corporation to another. <br />Attorney .Joss stated that the Council has <br />the option to approve the request or sche- <br />dule a public hearing. <br />Councilman Caranci asked about the police <br />reports and also FBI check. <br />Attorney Joss stated that the FBI check has <br />not come through at this time and the City <br />plice reports can be made available if re- <br />quested. <br />Councilman Berry asked about the utility <br />upda te. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Council <br />accept the transfer unless the FBI check <br />and update of utility bill are not completed <br />and in order. Seconded by Councilman <br />DelPizzo. Roll call. DelPizzo yes, Kilker <br />yes, Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes, Berry yes, <br />Meier yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />MESA POINT - ANNEXATION <br />REQUEST <br /> <br />Mr. James Collins, requested that this matter <br />be tabled. <br />Councilman Berry moved that the matter be <br />tabled until the next regular council meeting. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Motion carried.. <br />
