REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL OCTOBER 2, 1979 Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the fol- lowing Council members present: DiCarlo, Berry, Meier, Caranci, Kilker and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, Dir. Community Development Rupp, Parks & Rec. Dir. Stahl, City Engineer Richardson, City Treasurer Hesson and City Clerk Stahl. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES ENCLOSURERS Mayor Waschak and Council approved the min- utes of the September 18, 1979, Council meeting as presented. Councilman Meier moved that the enclosurers be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS DEPOT LIQUOR LICENSE TRANSFER Attorney Joss reported that the application is in order and the request is to transfer the business from one corporation to another. Attorney .Joss stated that the Council has the option to approve the request or sche- dule a public hearing. Councilman Caranci asked about the police reports and also FBI check. Attorney Joss stated that the FBI check has not come through at this time and the City plice reports can be made available if re- quested. Councilman Berry asked about the utility upda te. Councilman Caranci moved that Council accept the transfer unless the FBI check and update of utility bill are not completed and in order. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call. DelPizzo yes, Kilker yes, Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes, Berry yes, Meier yes. Motion carried. MESA POINT - ANNEXATION REQUEST Mr. James Collins, requested that this matter be tabled. Councilman Berry moved that the matter be tabled until the next regular council meeting. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried..
