<br />~PF.CIAL MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />JULY 9, 1979 <br /> <br />Mayor Pro-Tern Caranci called the special meeting to order at 7:10 <br />P.M. with the following Council members present: DiCarlo, Berry, <br />Meier, Kilker, Caranci. Councilman DelPizzo arrived at 7:15 P.M. <br />Others present: City Administrator Wurl. Excused absence: Mayor <br />Waschak, Treasurer Hesson and City Clerk Stahl. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> <br />TRACK INN LIQUOR <br />LICENSE .RENEWAL <br /> <br />Staff noted to Council that the application <br />for renewal had been reviewed by City <br />Attorney Joss and in order. Police reports <br />for the Track Inn were available and re- <br />viewed by each Council member. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo requested that note be <br />made that the renewal is a "Tavern License" <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />After comments Councilman Berry moved that <br />the Track Inn liquor license be renewed. <br />Seconded by Councilman Kilker. Roll call. <br />DiCarlo yes, Berry yes, Meier yes, Kilker <br />yes, DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />With nothing more to come before Council <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the meeting <br />be adjourned. Seconded by Councilman <br />Meier. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 7:20 P.M. <br />
