REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MAY 15, 1979 Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- ing Council members present; DiCarlo, Mei.er, Berry, Caranci, Kilker and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Planner Drumm, City Engineer Ri.chardson, City Treasurer Hesson and Deputy City Clerk Mudrock. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Mayor W"aschak and Council approved the minutes of the May 1, 1979 meeting as presented. ENCLOSURERS Councilman DiCarlo moved that en- closurers be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Del- Pizzo. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS WATER CONTRACT CITY OF THORNTON It was noted that the price of water is the same as the City has been paying. Councilman Berry moved that the Mayor and City Clerks signatures be autho- rized on the water contract for the purchase of 5 shares of Marshall Lake Water from the City of Thornton. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Roll call. Kilker yes, DelPizzo yes, Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes, Meier yes, Berry yes. Motion carried. JIMKEN INC. LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL Councilman Kilker moved that the Jimken Inc. Liquor License renewal for the Depot be approved. Seconded by Coun- cilman DelPizzo. Roll call. Meier yes, Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes, Meier yes, Kilker yes. Motion earried. KIP MILLER FENCE REQUEST Mr. Wurl reviewed the request for a fence on City property with Council. He stated that the fence would be on City property and there may be a pro- blem when the easement needed to be utilized. Mr. Wurl stated that if Council would decide to approve the location of the fence, a license would be issued to the property owner. Attorney Joss stated that it would be his feeling that the license, if approved be recorded with the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder for future owners would be aware of the conditions.
