<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />MAY 15, 1979 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- <br />ing Council members present; DiCarlo, Mei.er, Berry, Caranci, Kilker <br />and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney <br />Joss, City Planner Drumm, City Engineer Ri.chardson, City Treasurer <br />Hesson and Deputy City Clerk Mudrock. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor W"aschak and Council approved <br />the minutes of the May 1, 1979 <br />meeting as presented. <br /> <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that en- <br />closurers be accepted and placed on <br />file. Seconded by Councilman Del- <br />Pizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />WATER CONTRACT <br />CITY OF THORNTON <br /> <br />It was noted that the price of water <br />is the same as the City has been <br />paying. <br />Councilman Berry moved that the Mayor <br />and City Clerks signatures be autho- <br />rized on the water contract for the <br />purchase of 5 shares of Marshall <br />Lake Water from the City of Thornton. <br />Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br />Roll call. Kilker yes, DelPizzo yes, <br />Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes, Meier yes, <br />Berry yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />JIMKEN INC. LIQUOR LICENSE <br />RENEWAL <br /> <br />Councilman Kilker moved that the Jimken <br />Inc. Liquor License renewal for the <br />Depot be approved. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman DelPizzo. Roll call. <br />Meier yes, Caranci yes, DelPizzo yes, <br />DiCarlo yes, Meier yes, Kilker yes. <br />Motion earried. <br /> <br />KIP MILLER FENCE REQUEST <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reviewed the request for a <br />fence on City property with Council. <br />He stated that the fence would be on <br />City property and there may be a pro- <br />blem when the easement needed to be <br />utilized. Mr. Wurl stated that if <br />Council would decide to approve the <br />location of the fence, a license would <br />be issued to the property owner. <br /> <br />Attorney Joss stated that it would be <br />his feeling that the license, if approved <br />be recorded with the Boulder County <br />Clerk and Recorder for future owners <br />would be aware of the conditions. <br />
