P R 0 C L A M.A T I 0 N <br />CONSTITUTION WEEK <br />September 17-23 <br />WHEREAS, it is the privilege and duty of all Americans to commemorate <br />the ANNIVERSARY of the SIGNING OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE <br />UNITED STATES OF AMERICA with appropriate ceremonies and <br />activities; and <br />T,-HEREAS, Public Law 915 guarantees the issuance of a procl-amation by <br />the President of the United States of America, designating <br />September 17 through 23 as Constitution Week, now <br />THEREFORE, I, Tom Davidson , as (KNI&MX, Mayor) <br />do hereby proclaim the wook of September 17 through 23 as <br />CONSTITUTION WEEK <br />and urge all citizens to study the Constitution and reflect <br />on the privilege of being an American with all the rights and <br />responsibilities which that privilege involves. <br />In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Seal of the <br />0== City) of Louisville, Colorado to be 'affixed <br />this lst day of September in the year of our Lord 200a. <br />S i g ne d tnnG,,�,,�.,�,i <br />v <br />SEAL <br />
