<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 21, 1978 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the <br />following Council members present: DiCarlo, Berry, Meier, Caranci, <br />Kilker and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City <br />Attorney Joss, City Planner Drumm, City Clerk Stahl. Absent: City <br />Treasurer Hesson and City Engineer Jicinsky. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />AQUARIUS REZONING <br />RESCHEDULE PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />FIRE DEPT. SPECIAL EVENTS <br />PUBLIC HEARING LIQUOR <br />LICENSE <br /> <br />LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWALS <br /> <br />BUNGALOW DRUG STORE <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br />minutes of the November 8, 1978, meeting <br />as presented. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that enclosurers <br />be accepted and brought up under the pro- <br />per head of business. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak informed the audience that <br />the the public hearing on the Aquarius <br />rezoning will not be held at this meeting. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Aquarius <br />rezoning public hearing be rescheduled <br />for January 2, 1979. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Berry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br />Attorney Joss reported that the public <br />notices had been made. <br />There were no comments for or against <br />the request. <br />Mayor Waschak closed the public hearing. <br />Councilman Berry moved that the special <br />events liquor license for December 30, <br />be approved. Seconded by Councilman <br />Kilker. Roll call vote. DiCarlo yes, <br />DelPizzo yes, Meier yes, Caranci yes, <br />Kilker yes, Berry yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that no public <br />hearings be held on liquor license re- <br />newals. Seconded by Councilman Berry. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />City Attorney Joss reported that police <br />reports have been included on all busi- <br />nesses up for renewal. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that <br />low Drug Store liquor license <br />Seconded by Councilman Berry. <br />carried. <br /> <br />the Bunga- <br />be renewed. <br />Motion <br />
