REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 21, 1978 Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following Council members present: DiCarlo, Berry, Meier, Caranci, Kilker and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Planner Drumm, City Clerk Stahl. Absent: City Treasurer Hesson and City Engineer Jicinsky. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES ENCLOSURERS COUNCIL ITEMS AQUARIUS REZONING RESCHEDULE PUBLIC HEARING FIRE DEPT. SPECIAL EVENTS PUBLIC HEARING LIQUOR LICENSE LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWALS BUNGALOW DRUG STORE Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes of the November 8, 1978, meeting as presented. Councilman Caranci moved that enclosurers be accepted and brought up under the pro- per head of business. Seconded by Coun- cilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. Mayor Waschak informed the audience that the the public hearing on the Aquarius rezoning will not be held at this meeting. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Aquarius rezoning public hearing be rescheduled for January 2, 1979. Seconded by Coun- cilman Berry. Motion carried. Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. Attorney Joss reported that the public notices had been made. There were no comments for or against the request. Mayor Waschak closed the public hearing. Councilman Berry moved that the special events liquor license for December 30, be approved. Seconded by Councilman Kilker. Roll call vote. DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes, Meier yes, Caranci yes, Kilker yes, Berry yes. Motion carried. Councilman DelPizzo moved that no public hearings be held on liquor license re- newals. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. City Attorney Joss reported that police reports have been included on all busi- nesses up for renewal. Councilman DiCarlo moved that low Drug Store liquor license Seconded by Councilman Berry. carried. the Bunga- be renewed. Motion
