"COLGATE YOUTH FOR AMERICA WEEK" <br />FEBRUARY 18 - 24, 1990 <br />WHEREAS, the vast majority of the youth are concerned, <br />knowledgeable and responsible citizens, and <br />WHEREAS, the accomplishments and achievements of these young <br />citizens deserve recognition and praise of their elders, and <br />WHEREAS, Colgate Youth for America has developed and promot- <br />ed a program entitled "Colgate Youth for America Week", and <br />WHEREAS, the citizens of Louisville, Colorado have indicated <br />a desire to join with Colgate in expressing appreciation and <br />approval of the contributions of the Louisville Girl Scout <br />Troups, I Herm Fauson, therefore proclaim February 18 - 24, 1990 <br />as "Colgate Youth for America Week" in Louisville, Colorado.
