ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JANUARY 9, 1978 Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- ing Council members present: Domenico, DiLorenzo, Caranci, DiCarlo, Dhieux and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Planner Drumm, City Treasurer Hesson and City Clerk Stahl. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes of the January 3, 1978 Council meeting as read. APPROVAL OF BILLS FINAL 1977 City Treasurer Hesson read the final bills for 1977 totalling $20,914.47. Councilman Domenico moved that the bills be accepted and checks issued for the same. Seconded by Councilan DelPizzo. Roll call. DelPizzo yes, Caranci yes, Dhieux yes, DiCarlo yes, DiLorenzo yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. SINE DIE OLD COUNCIL Councilman Caranci moved that the old Council Sine Die. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. Old Council stepped down and the new Council members took their seats. SWEARING IN CEREMONY Judge Lawrence Enrietto gave the oath of office to all newly elected persons. ROLL CALL Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order under the new Council with the following present: Councilman DiCarlo, DiLorenzo, Meier, Caranci, Kilker and DelPizzo. ENCLOSURERS Councilman DiCarlo moved that enclosurers be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Motion carried. SEATING ARRANGEMENT Mayor Waschak gave the following seating arrangement for the new council. City Treasurer Hesson, Councilman DiCarlo, DiLorenzo, Meier, City Attorney Joss, Mayor Waschak, City Administrator Wurl, Councilman Caranci, Kilker and DelPizzo City Clerk Stahl. SELECTION OF MAYOR PRO-TEM Councilman DelPizzo moved that Councilman Caranci serve as Mayor Pro-tem for the new term. Seconded by Councilman Kilker. There were no other motions. Councilman Caranci was elected Mayor Pro-tem by Council.
