<br />ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />JANUARY 9, 1978 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the follow- <br />ing Council members present: Domenico, DiLorenzo, Caranci, DiCarlo, <br />Dhieux and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City <br />Attorney Joss, City Planner Drumm, City Treasurer Hesson and City <br />Clerk Stahl. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br />minutes of the January 3, 1978 Council <br />meeting as read. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF BILLS <br />FINAL 1977 <br /> <br />City Treasurer Hesson read the final bills <br />for 1977 totalling $20,914.47. Councilman <br />Domenico moved that the bills be accepted <br />and checks issued for the same. <br />Seconded by Councilan DelPizzo. Roll call. <br />DelPizzo yes, Caranci yes, Dhieux yes, <br />DiCarlo yes, DiLorenzo yes, Domenico yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />SINE DIE <br />OLD COUNCIL <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the old <br />Council Sine Die. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Old Council stepped down and the new Council <br />members took their seats. <br /> <br />SWEARING IN CEREMONY <br /> <br />Judge Lawrence Enrietto gave the oath of <br />office to all newly elected persons. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order <br />under the new Council with the following <br />present: Councilman DiCarlo, DiLorenzo, <br />Meier, Caranci, Kilker and DelPizzo. <br /> <br />ENCLOSURERS <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that enclosurers <br />be accepted and brought up under the proper <br />head of business. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiLorenzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />SEATING ARRANGEMENT <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak gave the following seating <br />arrangement for the new council. City <br />Treasurer Hesson, Councilman DiCarlo, <br />DiLorenzo, Meier, City Attorney Joss, <br />Mayor Waschak, City Administrator Wurl, <br />Councilman Caranci, Kilker and DelPizzo <br />City Clerk Stahl. <br /> <br />SELECTION OF <br />MAYOR PRO-TEM <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Councilman <br />Caranci serve as Mayor Pro-tem for the new <br />term. Seconded by Councilman Kilker. There <br />were no other motions. Councilman Caranci <br />was elected Mayor Pro-tem by Council. <br />
