<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 15, 1977 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with <br />the following Council members present: DiLorenzo, Caranci, DiCarlo, <br />Dhieux and DelPizzo. Councilman Domenico arrived late. Others pre- <br />sent: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Treasurer <br />Hesson and City Clerk Santilli. Absent: City Planner Drumm. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br />minutes as read. <br /> <br />ENCLOSURES <br /> <br />Councilman DiLorenzo moved that the <br />enclosures be accepted and brought up <br />under the proper head of business. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />FIRE DEPT. LIQUOR LICENSE <br /> <br />Attorney Joss noted that all proper <br />publications and postings were made re- <br />garding the Louisville Volunteer Fire <br />Department special liquor license. <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br />There were no comments for or against; the <br />public hearing was then closed. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the liquor <br />license for the fire department be approved <br />Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. Roll <br />call. DelPizzo yes, Caranci yes, Dhieux <br />yes, Di Carlo yes, DiLorenzo yes. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />SOUTHLAND CORP. <br />3.2% BEER LICENSE <br />DBA 7-11 STORE <br /> <br />Attorney Joss noted that all proper pub- <br />lications and postings were made re- <br />garding the Southland Corp. liquor license. <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br />Mr. Barry Lance and Mr. Dan Ogilvie spoke <br />in favor of the license approval. <br />There were no comments against the license. <br />Mayor lvaschak closed the public hearing. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the 3.2% <br />beer license for Southland Corp. dba 7-11 <br />be approved. Seconded by Councilman <br />DelPizzo. Councilman DiCarlo asked if the <br />address given was sufficient. Mr. Joss <br />stated that there was no problem. <br />Roll call on motion. Domenico yes, DiCarlo <br />yes, Caranci yes, DiLorenzo yes, Dheiux yes, <br />DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />BINDER CONSTRUCTION <br />PAY ESTIMATE ifl <br />STORM SEWER <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that pay estimate <br />=lFl in the amount of $45,540.85 be made to <br />Binder Construction for work on Storm <br />Sewer project. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiCarlo. Roll call. Caranci yes, DiCarlo <br />
