<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />HAY 20, 1975 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with <br />the following Council members present: Berry, Caranci, Dhieux, <br />DelPizzo and DiCarlo. Absent: Councilman Domenico. Others present: <br />City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Morris, City Engineer White, <br />City Clerk Santilli. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak requested that the min- <br />utes be corrected to include a state- <br />ment made by Councilman Domenico re- <br />garding the removal of Jack Lang from <br />the Long Range Planning Commission as <br />the Louisville representative as follows: <br />Councilman Domenico stated that even if <br />Mr. Lang is not removed from the Long <br />Range Planning Commission, he speaks for <br />himself only and not the citizen of the <br />City of Louisville. <br />After the correction, Mayor Waschak and <br />Council accepted the minutes. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci moved that corres- <br />pondence be accepted and brought up under <br />the proper head of business. Seconded <br />by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />RESCHEDULING OF JUNE 17th <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak requested that Council <br />approve the postponement of the Council <br />meeting regularly scheduled for June <br />17, 1975 to June 25, 1975. Councilman <br />Berry moved that the regular meeting <br />scheduled for June 17, 1975 be postponed <br />until June 25, 1975. Seconded by Council- <br />man DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />MIZEL PUBLIC <br /> <br />HEARING <br /> <br />A public hearing date was suggested to <br />discuss the Mizel Annexation. After <br />discussion, Councilman Caranci moved that <br />the Mizel public hearing be held on June <br />25, 1975. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />,",' .. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br />WATER PROBLEM <br /> <br />Barbara McDonald asked about the dirty <br />water. Mr. Wurl explained the reason but <br />stated that it was drinkable. <br /> <br />SPROUL ROAD <br /> <br />Mr. Steve Taylor asked if the road being <br />cut off Delaney Road was on Sproul property <br />and if he had obtained a permite to do so. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he would be able to <br />cut as many roads as he wished on his own <br />property. The City was not involved and <br />had no say because the project is not <br />
