REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL APRIL 1, 1975 Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following Council members present: Domenico, Berry, Scholl, Dhieux, DelPizzo, and DiCarlo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Treasurer Hesson, and City Clerk Santilli. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved minutes as read. CORRESPONDENCE Councilman Berry moved that correspondence be accepted and brought up under the pro- per head of business. Seconded by Coun- cilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS RUSTY BUCKET LICENSE SALES OF PACKAGED LIQUOR Councilman DelPizzo stated that he had a complaint from a resident of the City as she felt the sales of packaged liquor would be a big problem with the sales to someone legal who sells then to a minor. It was suggested that the Police chief would give a report on the problems at the establishement. After discussion Councilman DiCarlo moved that the matter be tabled until a public hearing on May 6, 1975. Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. KEITH HELART LOUISVILLE NORTH TENNIS COURTS Mr. Helart reviewed the plans for the tennis courts. It was stated that the estimated cost for the courts would be $20,000 - $10,000 from service expansion fee and $10,000 from a government grant. Question was asked why there has been no tennis court sights planned for the south end of the City. Mr. Helart stated that he has not been able to locate land in that vicinity. Mr. Helart was asked to check the property behind Johnson Ave. near Bella Vista subdivision. Mr. Helart is going to report. After dis- cussion Councilman DelPizzo moved that Parks go out for bids on the North Louisville Tennis Courts. Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. Roll call. Dhieux yes, DiCarlo no, Scholl yes, Domenico no, Berry yes, DelPizzo yes. Motion :carried. Motion carried.
