<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />APRIL 1, 1975 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with <br />the following Council members present: Domenico, Berry, Scholl, Dhieux, <br />DelPizzo, and DiCarlo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City <br />Treasurer Hesson, and City Clerk Santilli. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved <br />minutes as read. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that correspondence <br />be accepted and brought up under the pro- <br />per head of business. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />RUSTY BUCKET LICENSE <br />SALES OF PACKAGED LIQUOR <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that he had <br />a complaint from a resident of the City <br />as she felt the sales of packaged liquor <br />would be a big problem with the sales to <br />someone legal who sells then to a minor. <br />It was suggested that the Police chief <br />would give a report on the problems at <br />the establishement. After discussion <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the matter <br />be tabled until a public hearing on <br />May 6, 1975. Seconded by Councilwoman <br />Scholl. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry <br />yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo <br />yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />KEITH HELART <br />LOUISVILLE NORTH TENNIS <br />COURTS <br /> <br />Mr. Helart reviewed the plans for the <br />tennis courts. It was stated that the <br />estimated cost for the courts would be <br />$20,000 - $10,000 from service expansion <br />fee and $10,000 from a government grant. <br />Question was asked why there has been <br />no tennis court sights planned for the <br />south end of the City. Mr. Helart stated <br />that he has not been able to locate land <br />in that vicinity. Mr. Helart was asked <br />to check the property behind Johnson <br />Ave. near Bella Vista subdivision. Mr. <br />Helart is going to report. After dis- <br />cussion Councilman DelPizzo moved that <br />Parks go out for bids on the North <br />Louisville Tennis Courts. Seconded by <br />Councilwoman Scholl. Roll call. Dhieux <br />yes, DiCarlo no, Scholl yes, Domenico no, <br />Berry yes, DelPizzo yes. Motion :carried. <br />Motion carried. <br />
