<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />MARCH 4, 1975 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the <br />following Council members present: Domenico, Berry, Scholl, Dhieux, <br />DelPizzo, and DiCarlo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City <br />Attorney Morris, City Engineer White, City Treasurer Hesson, and City <br />Clerk Santilli. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br />minutes as read. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that correspondence <br />be accepted and brought up under the <br />proper head of business. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS <br />APPOINTMENT <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl informed Council that there <br />were two applicatants, Mr. Robert <br />Stanton and Mr. Donald Ross. After <br />discussion Councilman Berry moved to <br />accepted the Boards recommendation <br />and appoint Mr. Donald Ross. Seconded <br />by Councilwoman Scholl. Roll call. <br />Berry yes, DiCarlo yes, Scholl yes, <br />Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, Domenico <br />yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />LIBRARY BOARD <br />APPOINTMENT <br /> <br />BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS <br /> <br />Councilwoman Scholl moved to reappoint <br />Mrs. Eileen Hogg to the Board. Seconded <br />by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Ernie Marinelli informed Council <br />that the fee for a hearing is $20.00 <br />and that the hearings are costing the <br />City more. He stated that the board <br />had been mailing notices to homes within <br />300 feet of the property in question. <br />He stated that if the mailing was dis- <br />continued the cost would be cut. He <br />requested that the cost of the hearing <br />be raised to $30.00. Attorney Morris <br />stated that the notices did not have <br />to be sent as long as a sign is posted <br />on the property and a notice is placed <br />in the paper. There was no action <br />taken at this time. <br />
