REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 6, 1974 Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following Council members present: Domenico, Berry, Scholl, Dhieux, DelPizzo, and DiCarlo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Morris City Engineer White, City Treasurer Hesson, and City Clerk Santilli. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Councilman Domenico moved that the min- utes be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. Motion carried. CORRESPONDENCE Councilman Berry moved that the corres- pondence be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS L.U.R.A. Mr. Wurl stated that there were two items to be discussed in regards to L.U.R.A. One: Applying for grant. Two: Personnel pay. It was decided that an adjourned meeting be held on November 11, 1974, at 7:30 P.M. to discuss the two matters. APPROVAL OF COAL CREEK BY-LAWS Mr. Wurl stated to Council that he re- commended the Council approve the by-laws. No action was taken. The matter is to be discussed at the adjourned meeting on November 11, 1974. Council was in- formed that there would be a Coal Creek meeting on November 7, 1974, at 7:30 P.M. Louisville City Hall. LIQUOR LICENSE TRANSFER GANDY DANCER Attorney Morris informed Council that Mr. Terry Grall, John Wicken, and Larry Grall were applying for the transfer of the Gandy Dancer liquor license. Mr. Morris stated that the application was in order and that Mr. Terry Grall would be the manager of the restaurant. After discussion, Councilman Berry moved that the liquor license transfer for the Gandy Dancer be accepted. Seconded by Council- man DiCarlo. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried.
