REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL OCTOBER 15, 1974 Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following Councilmembers present: Domenico, Berry, Scholl, Dhieux, DelPizzo and DiCarlo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Morris, City Engineer l~ite, City Treasurer Hesson, and City Clerk Santilli. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES CORRESPONDENCE COUNCIL ITEMS NATIONAL GUARD REQUEST AUDITOR APPOINTMENT - 1974 C.A.C. DISCUSSION Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes as read. Councilwoman Dhieux moved that the correspondence be accepted and brought up under the proper heading. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. After discussion, Councilwoman Scholl moved that the City support the request from the National Guard and have the Mayor sign the request. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. Councilwoman Scholl moved that Alexander Grant & Company be approved to do the 1974 audit. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Councilwoman Dhieux asked if the pro- posed amount will cover the audit expense. Mr. Wurl stated that it should take care of almost the complete audit. Motion carried to accept Alexander Grant & Co. Hayor Tl)'aschak stated that Council and CAe had a session in which they stated their feelings as to who CAC would be advising. After discussion Councilwo~an Scholl moved that the CAC be kePt as advisors to the City Council. There was no second. Councilman Domenico then moved that CPC act as an advisor to the Planning Com- mission rather then the C0uncil. Se- conded by Councilman Rerry. After discussion Councilman DiCarlo moved to amend the motion tabling th2 decision until it has been reviewed bv the entire Council. Seconded by Counctl- man DelPizzo. Roll call on amendment: Domenico no, Berry no, Scholl no, Dhieux no, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion defeated. Councilman Berry stated that he felt Council should be able to request advise from CAC on special matters.
