<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />OCTOBER 15, 1974 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following <br />Councilmembers present: Domenico, Berry, Scholl, Dhieux, DelPizzo and <br />DiCarlo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney <br />Morris, City Engineer l~ite, City Treasurer Hesson, and City Clerk <br />Santilli. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />NATIONAL GUARD REQUEST <br /> <br />AUDITOR APPOINTMENT - 1974 <br /> <br />C.A.C. DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br />minutes as read. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Dhieux moved that the <br />correspondence be accepted and brought <br />up under the proper heading. Seconded <br />by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> <br />After discussion, Councilwoman Scholl <br />moved that the City support the request <br />from the National Guard and have the <br />Mayor sign the request. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Scholl moved that Alexander <br />Grant & Company be approved to do the <br />1974 audit. Seconded by Councilman Berry. <br />Councilwoman Dhieux asked if the pro- <br />posed amount will cover the audit expense. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that it should take care <br />of almost the complete audit. Motion <br />carried to accept Alexander Grant & Co. <br /> <br />Hayor Tl)'aschak stated that Council and <br />CAe had a session in which they stated <br />their feelings as to who CAC would be <br />advising. After discussion Councilwo~an <br />Scholl moved that the CAC be kePt as <br />advisors to the City Council. There <br />was no second. <br />Councilman Domenico then moved that CPC <br />act as an advisor to the Planning Com- <br />mission rather then the C0uncil. Se- <br />conded by Councilman Rerry. <br />After discussion Councilman DiCarlo <br />moved to amend the motion tabling th2 <br />decision until it has been reviewed bv <br />the entire Council. Seconded by Counctl- <br />man DelPizzo. Roll call on amendment: <br />Domenico no, Berry no, Scholl no, Dhieux <br />no, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion <br />defeated. <br />Councilman Berry stated that he felt <br />Council should be able to request advise <br />from CAC on special matters. <br />
