<br />MINUTES OF ADJOURNED MEETING <br />JULY 9, 1974 <br /> <br />Meeting was called to order at 7:45 p.m. by Mayor Pro-tern Berry <br />with the fOllowing councilmembers present: Domenico, Dhieux, Scholl, <br />and DiCarlo. Others present were City Administrator Wurl, City <br />Engineer White. Absent were City Clerk Santilli, City Attorney Morris, <br />City Treasurer Hesson, Mayor Waschak and Councilman DelPizzo. <br /> <br />First item of business was City Administrator's report. <br /> <br />CHURCH SITES: <br /> <br />BUDGET <br />CALENDAR <br /> <br />SPROUL <br />ANNEXATION <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEYS <br />REPORT <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 14 <br />CONSERVATION <br />TRUST FUND <br /> <br />City Administrator reported that we had heard by <br />mail from three of the Churches and telephone <br />communication from the Catholic Church and as to <br />their interest in the Wood Brothers and First Fed- <br />eral sites. Mr. Wurl indicated that the Catholic <br />Church, the Baptist Church were not interested <br />and that the Apostolic and Methodist Churches <br />were interested in the sites. Administrator <br />Wurl indicated to Council a complete report <br />would be submitted in detail at the July 16th <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl reported that budget calendars <br />had been distributed to the Mayor and City Council <br />and to all the department heads. <br /> <br />The City Administrator reported that he had not <br />yet completed the annexation agreement and that <br />he would be requesting at the called Public Hear- <br />ing of July 16th, 1974 that the matter be tabled <br />until August 20th, 1974 to provide adequate time <br />for the preparation of the annexation agreement, <br />as well as Council1s review of the same. <br /> <br />In the absence of Mr. Morris, City Administrator <br />Wurl reported on Resolution #14 - Conservation <br />Trust Fund. After discussion, Councilwoman Scholl <br />made a motion to establish the Conservation Trust <br />Fund as required by House Bill #1084 and instructed <br />the City Attorney to prepare an official resolution <br />outlining the same, to be read at the July 16, 1974 <br />meeting. The motion also instructed Mr. Wurl to <br />officially notify the State of Colorado that the <br />City had ordered by motion the preparation and <br />establishment of the Conservation Trust Fund. <br />Motion was seconded by Councilman Domenico. Roll <br />call vote - Domenico yes, Dhieux yes, Scholl yes, <br />DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />- 1 - <br />
