<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the <br />Council members present: <br />DiCarlo. Others present: <br />and City Clerk Santilli. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />CHIEF MUNGER RECOGNITION <br /> <br />GENERAL POLICY STATEMENT <br /> <br />COAL CREEK ARTICLE <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />MAYHOFFER DITCHES <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />JUNE 18, 1974 <br /> <br />meeting to order at 7:40 P.M. with the following <br />Domenico, Berry, Scholl, Dhieux, DelPizzo, and <br />City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Morris, <br />Absent: City Treasurer Hesson. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br />minutes as read. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak read a letter from Betty <br />Miller asking for Councils support for <br />her nomination to the CML Board. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that Chief Munger <br />be commended for his recent graduation <br />from Arapahoe Community College in <br />Law Enforcement. Seconded by Council- <br />man Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak appointed Councilwoman <br />Dhieux, Councilwoman Scholl, and Coun- <br />cilman Berry to rewrite the General <br />Policy Statement. <br /> <br />Question was brought up as to responding <br />to the newspapers in regards to an <br />article which was printed in Town & <br />Country on June 12, 1974 regarding the <br />Coal Creek project. Mayor Waschak was <br />going to talk with Joe Madonna in regards <br />to responding to the article. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the <br />correspondence be accepted and brought <br />up under proper heading. Seconded by <br />Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> <br />There is still a problem with the May- <br />hoffer ditches. Mr. Wurl is to talk <br />with the City Engineer about the sit- <br />uation. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak stated that down stairs <br />at the water plant there is an electri- <br />cal transformer box and because of the <br />water flooding he asked that the box be <br />placed upstairs where there would not <br />be danger of it getting wet and hurting <br />someone. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak stated that he received <br />a letter from Mrs. Gary Varra asking <br />that a small gift be sent up to the <br /> <br />1. <br />
