<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />APRIL 2, 1974 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Waschak at 7:30 P.M. with the <br />following Council members present. Domenico, Berry, Scholl, Dhieux, <br />DelPizzo, and DiCarlo. Also present were City Administrator Wurl, and <br />City Clerk Santilli. Absent were City Attorney Morris and City Trea- <br />surer Hesson. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that <br />minutes be approved and placed <br />Seconded by Councilman Berry. <br />carried. <br /> <br />the <br />on file. <br />Motion <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that the corres- <br />pondence be accepted and brought up <br />under proper heading. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />FLEMING ESTIMATE <br /> <br />Councilwoman Scholl moved that the City <br />approve the estimate in the amount of <br />$15,120.39. Seconded by Councilwoman <br />Dhieux. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry <br />yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo <br />yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ARCHITECTURAL BUILDING <br />SYSTEMS ESTIMATE <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City <br />approve the estimate in the amount of <br />$9,382.00. Seconded by Councilman Berry. <br />Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, <br />Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, <br />DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />DRCOG REPRESENTATIVE <br /> <br />Mr. Jack Lang was the only citizen <br />that was interested in the position of <br />DRCOG representative. Councilman <br />Domenico moved that Jack Lang be approved <br />as the Citys representative to DRCOG. <br />Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />COAL CREEK COl1MITTMENT <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that what was needed <br />was Councils approval of the 20,000 <br />people and 40% cost on the Coal Creek <br />Project so the Conservation Board can <br />start moving with some sort of figures. <br />This would not committ the City to <br />anything definite. Councilman Berry <br />moved that the City approve the ratio <br />as submitted by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board on a tenative basis. <br />Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Coun- <br />cilwoman Dhieux asked if the price of <br />
