'EGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 18, 1973 Meeting was called to order by Mayor Protem Charles King at 7:30 p.m. with Councilmen Deborski, Jensen, Donovan, Scholl and Domenico present. Also present were City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Paul Morris, and City Clerk McNulty. Absent City Treasurer William Hesson. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES: Councilman Jensen moved that the minutes be ac- cepted as presented. Seconded by Councilman De- borski. All in favor. Motion carried. CORRESPONDENCE: Councilwoman Scholl moved that the correspondence be accepted and brought up under proper heading of business. Seconded by Councilman Donovan. All in favor. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS: A. Establish Date For Meeting - P & Z & CAC Meeting - Industry Special meeting set for September 24, 1973 at 7:30 P.M. with City Council, Planning and Zoning Commission and Citizens Advisory Board regarding industry. B. Authorize Mayor to Sign Pool Contract Councilman Jensen moved to authorize Mayor to sign basic contract with Tollefson Construction Company - swimming: pool con- tract. Seconded by Councilman D~borski. Roll call vote - Deborski yes, Jensen yes, Donovan yes, Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. Councilman Donovan moved to authorize Mayor to sign basic contract with Architectural Building Systems for construction of the Bathhouse. Seconded by Councilman Deborski. Roll call vote, Jensen yes, Deborski yes, Donovan yes, Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. COUNCIL COMMENTS: Councilman Deborski requested that the City pursue a method whereby subdividers or devel- opers would provide funds or sites for senior citizens and low cost housing instead of giv- ing park land to. the City, thus giving the City some control of the housing. Councilman Domenico moved to accept this request. Se- conded by Councilman Donovan. Roll call vote Jensen yes, Deborski yes, Donovan yes, Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried.
