<br />Adjourned Meeting <br /> <br />Louisville City Council <br /> <br />June 20, 1973 <br /> <br />Meeting was called to order by Mayor Caranci at 7:05 p.m. with Councilwoman <br />Scholl, Councilmen King, Donovan, Domenico, and Jensen. Absent Councilman <br />Deborski. Others present were City Administrator Wurl and City Attorney <br />Paul Morris. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 17 <br />SERIES 1973 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 18 <br />SERIES 1973 <br /> <br />STEINBAUGH <br />PROPERTY <br /> <br />RAILROAD <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Relating to the drawing of funds from the First National <br />Bank of Louisville - people authorized are Mayor Caranci, <br />Mayor Protem King, City Clerk McNulty, Deputy City Clerk <br />Mudrock, Treasurer Hesson and Deputy City Treasurer Sneddon. <br />Councilman King moved that Resolution 17, Series 1973 be <br />adopted. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Roll Call <br />vote - Scholl yes, King yes, Donovan yes, Domenico yes, <br />Jensen yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Appointing Margaret Sneddon as Deputy City Treasurer. <br />Councilman Donovan moved that Resolution 18, Series 1973 <br />be adopted. Seconded by Councilman King. Roll call vote <br />Scholl yes, King yes, Donovan yes, Domenico yes, Jensen <br />yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Jensen moved that Mayor Caranci be authorized <br />to enter into an agreement on behalf of the City of Louis- <br />ville with the 3 Bar J Corporation for the purchase of the <br />Steinbaugh property, more particularly described as Lots <br />2,3,4,5,6 Block 2 City of Louisville, and sign a check <br />in the amount of $23,529.02 for the purchase of said prop- <br />erty . Secondc~d by Councilman King.' Roll call vote - Scholl <br />yes, King yes, Donovan yes, Domenico yes, Jensen yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that Mayor Caranci write a <br />letter to Colorado & Southern Railroad urging the rail- <br />road to reinstall the spur that served Louisville prior <br />to the recent train derailment. Seconded by Councilman <br />King. Unanimous vote in favor of such a letter. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci adjourned the meeting at 7:55 p.m. <br />
