Andy ~nderson for 1 <br />year, Milton Steele for 2 years, Joe Camps for 2 years, <br />Marvel Larson 3 years and Ronald Finleon 3 years. <br />Requested that they have access to Council chambers on the <br />second Wednef"day of each month bef~ining Aprill2, 1972. <br />Motion by King s~conded by Jensen to apDrove Hou~ing Bo~rd <br />of adjurtment and apDeals. Motion carried. <br />Insnector will set improvement on property according to the <br />Ordinance if any doubt by owner they may request hearing <br />with the Board of Armeals. Donovan: Inspector will make <br />im"pection r:ive 90 days to repa.ir. If owner is not satis- <br />fied he may an eal to the Boprd of Anpeals, if he i~ still <br />not satisfied he may request hearing with Council. <br />Attorney Morris relate to the Heusing Code on complaints. <br />City Admi nistrator to take all comlaints and turn them <br />over to the ins~ector. <br />Jensen: obt::iin s; 17natllres nn comr>laints. Deborski: nave <br />inspector meet with eity Council. <br /> <br />A1IDIT qEPORT: Motion by Jensen seconded by Donovan to accept audit <br />report for 1971. Roll Gall vote Debor'"ki yes, King yes, <br />J8nsen yes, Donovan yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. <br />PATROLMAN: Hiring of Jim Morris as full time patrolman was discussed. <br />Jensen wants to spe written FBI check. Deborski: do not <br />accept until presented by Chief o~ Police. <br /> <br />ITEMS NOT ON AGENDA: Mayor Caranci stated the Policeman Pension Board <br />met and agreed to a $16.00 dollar per month raise for Arlo <br />Wilson on pension. Making it one half of sargenats pay. <br />Stipulation that the pay raise of sargeant is satisfactory. <br />It was also agreed according to State Statutes in case of <br />death his wife would receive one-fourth of the amountof the <br />pension being paid at this time. <br /> <br />Mr. l'orbis asked council if there wasn't a rule that tap <br />fees be paid at the time the building Dermit was iSf'ued? <br />Deborcki suggepted that the water committee take care of <br />this then pref'ent it to council. <br />City Administrator stated he had gi~en permission for develop- <br />ers to stub in water lines to prevent tearing up pavement <br />after streets are cOffin1eted. <br /> <br />Don Lapham waf' gi~e p8rmission tOlse the Cities one share <br />
